I did my internship for the fall 2022 semester at Erin Mixson Interiors, which is a residential interior design firm located in Baton Rouge, LA. Throughout my internship I learned many new things. A big thing that I learned during my internship was how much actually goes into a residential interior design project. I was shown how to properly handle clients and other people you work with, such as architects and electricians. Overall, my internship was a great learning experience and let me get a glimpse into the real world of residential interior design.
